It's based on my research, the primary sources being the Atlas of the Second World War by Harper Collins and World War II by Pollar and Allen. What specifically looks incorrect to you? I have condensed or dropped some countries for the sake of keeping the game manageable. Also, I have not assigned owners to many of the zones yet (for example, Germany will start controlling Austria and possibly Chechoslovakia.

The south-east corner of Germany seems a bit... large. I think the old shape you used in WinWar IV was much closer to the real thing.
Oh yeah, is it: "Romania" or "Rumania?"

I extended Germany in order to give enoughj space for units in Belgium and Holland, while still allowing Germany to be adjacent to France. I know it isn't geographically accurate, but it approximates the countries Germany had borders with.
My WWII Atlas has the country listed as Rumania, and here's an article on that although the time frame is sketchy:
