if i remember correctly, the bartender and piano player were both involved in the production, the whole mangament part of the flick. maybe they were writers or something, and they got to be involved in the whole making of "Here's To Love"

btw, if you know about iTunes music store whee you can buy songs for your iTunes playlist on your computer and for your iPod, then you can buy the soundtrack, or just "Here's To Love" performed by Ewan and Renee. it's $0.99 and i think it's worth it if you love the song so much! lol
