He was talking about it on Jay Leno, I believe. During one of his LAST appearances. I think it was the one during the water gun fight. He said that in THIS movie, the script required for him to get an erection; something he had NEVER had to do for a movie until now. That he couldn't do it, so they gave him a prop.

o yeah, i downloaded that episode! omg... that was funny.... and their water gun fight, i think Jay cheated, Ewan would have won if he could have used lightsabers....  lol.... they had to give him a prop .... my god... HAHA!!!

Well everyone, here is my review of "The Island". but, how you ask, can you give a review without even seeing the movie? ah well, i have solved that problem by seeing a sneak preview performance of "The Island". so yes ladies, i HAVE seen this WONDERFUL movie! now on to the review....
The movie is well done, with director Michael Bay making wonderful repeat performances of his popular film "Armaggedon" (he also did "The Rock" but i never saw it, so cannot really say taht it was good) In The Island there is never any down time, people are always doing something. Be it running from hunters, or having a nicce get together with the bedroom, something is always happening.
Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson are wonderful together. They both get into part and really make you feel like you're a clone just seeing the real world for the first time. Never before seeing a motorcycle (Jordan:Waht was that? Lincoln:I dunno. But i want one!) a rattle snake, or many of life's commodities. (credit cards) Teh facility director of where all teh clones or 'replacement parts' are kept, he explains the extent of the clones' education. It's about to the age of 15, so, they dont know much. And, to keep a tamper on the sexual urges that adults get when males and females mix, a noutrient mix is put into the food to eliminate the urges. So basically, when Jordan(Johannson) and Lincoln (McGregor)escape from the facility which is an underground bunker in reality, they are adults of about the age of 34 and 25 respectively, with the education of 15 year olds, and a growing confusion of how they feel about eachother. not that great really.
in this movie, so many funny things happen, you really had to be there to see some of them. Ewan's facial expressions and his scenes with "his sponsor" (doubles of himself) are jsut hilarious.... gotta love him..
