Vicious Dog Ordinance
Just missed the discussion on the Vicious Dog Ordinance on TV. Does anyone know the outcome? More discussion to come, vote taken, results, discussed how are they going to enforce it (gray area of provoked and non-provoked question - one word against the other)? Will probably be in the morning paper if no one knows....Thank you.

Dear Head Administrator.....appears that public will have opportunity to voice concerns at next meeting on Mon. Kind of in a "wait and see" mode to see how the ordinance is worded and can be fairly implemented and enforced without a lot of gray areas with the provoked and non-provoked being the deciding factor. Will be up to Council and PD to give final word...and then go from there. Karen (Anyone going to the meeting?) Cheers!
