Cheers Tony - I always thought Quinta was one of the better pitches in Torbay although it was always blowing a gale up there!

Yes it wasn't bad.
I never worked out why it was so always so windy even on a still day, given that it's the same altitude as Barton Downs, Windmill & Easterfield Lane!
Perhaps it's because on a clear day you could see Portland Bill AND Haytor and from the others you can only see one or the other!!
