Also .....Dartmouth 3rds have no game...Teignmouth have no game...this was pencilled in for around this date...anyone have any ideas why this fixture isn't on?

rollerball, may be something to do with the fact that both darts and stoke play on the same pitch (stoke are home to waldon) at the leisure centre
and darts 2nd are at home (longcross) so the 3rds have no-where to play..

Its all changed now. Roachy rang me and we are playing at our pitch in Stoke. The only reason i can see why this has happened is because Dartmouth's 1st's and 2nd's are both at home.

Yep....you're right .....have spoken to Dartmouth sec and this is the case....our firsts are at home so i phoned and offered to play them in Newton as our home fixture...no go though as alot of their players are now working.....both their firsts and seconds are playing as well...hmmmmm!!
I'd never turn down the chance of a game!!
*edit* i wish we had these weeks off when we had half of our team out injured or away...sods law i spose!

No reason why one of them couldnt have had a late kick off though, Having new floodlights and all that, Infact you guys could have kicked off at like 5pm under the lights. Maybe even streamed live on the Internet ...
