Surely the greatest name on the cup is Heatfield Works lol, Apparently Ernie Bowden got the winning goal and i belive he still alive and living in Heathfield! Legend.

Played at Plainmoor on a Monday evening. I remember leaving work late and rushing to the ground before kick-off.
Quite an unexpected result as Upton had thrashed us in the league fixtures.

Paul - It felt like 90 yesterday.
Down the cricket ground 9.30 - 12.15 mowing & marking.
Got home for Tubby Taylor to ring at 12.40 to say he was too tired to umpire. So I stood from 1.30 to 7.30 in the middle.
Much more difficult than refereeing!!
By the way - could you help out next week?
PS> I feel so sorry for the guys that have worked so hard at Bishopsteignton for so many years with very little help.
