Yeah we drew 0-0 with stavvy. Both teams had there chances, we weathered a 20 min spell in the second half, but battled well! Got 5 stitches for my troubles!

yep terry butcher above said it right. LOL , Fractured skull last year now 5 stitches in your face. I never got a picture of you in the end for the scrapbook... you've gota stop trying to win balls your never gona get bro .. i think 0-0 was a fair result. Both Teams had their chances. Penatly appeals, and goal mouth scrambles. Both Keepers played exceptionally well . Mr Hammond inbetween the Stavvy sticks kept his side in the game with 3 top draw saves and our very own Mr Samuel was just as good. We Battled our hearts out again with an understrength side. Every player deserves a shirt next week after that performance. A very enjoyable game indeed.

Yep, 0-0...bit disappointed that we didn't take all three points but- as villain says- they battled well.
We were on the front foot for alot of the game but Stoke had their chances and our keeper made three great saves. We hit the bar a couple of times and had a few other very good chances. We also had numerous corners but didn't manage to make the breakthrough.
How my chance that hit the post, the crossbar and the keeper didn't go in, I'll never know.
Good game, I think Stoke will be marginally more pleased with the point.

We are very pleased with the point mate. to think thursday night we only had 8 available first team players due to Illness, work commitments, holidays etc i think the lads that were called upon did an outstanding job.

was a well fought game, dreadful match in the opening half hour but as the game went on stavy played nice football on the floor, and should of taken chances, credit to stoke they battled hard and had some great chances, played good football in the later stages of the game, defending very well as a unit, that ziggy for stoke is an excellent player, good bunch of lads

Well done Stoke...sopunds like both teams played well and it keeps everything open towards the tough run in Stavvy have!
Thats 1 point out of 6 against Hookhills and Stoke....and you have to play them both again!
We never really got out of second gear and were made to work by a hardworking Ashburton team.
Good luck to them in their battle to stay up!
