Re: Sat 11th April Results
Yeah Roller the fact that we didnt have a settled side for most of the season. We now have a few players dropping down from the reserves due to a certain person and some good other players coming in from south devon college. Also we now have quality strikers up front, one who actually played 2 games on saturday (for the first team in the peninsula match against gamlpton in the morning). We've got a good lot of young players who can all play with the ball on the deck. But were just looking to next season now and try and have a laugh with the final few games. Loddiswell should get relegated i think that ash's and abbotts are both better.
Our run in for the big 3 are:
Fleming (25th April)
Teigns (2nd May)
Stavy (3rd May)
All away and some lovely saturday and sunday games, brilliant??!!??
With regards to the cheating linesman comment i appreciate that no one really wants to do the linesman job on a matchday and fair play to anyone who gives it a go. So for that i apologise but Guardy were you by any chance there on Saturday at Loddiswell? There were at least 2 good goals that went in that were CLEARLY on-side and he put his flag up. Also many times when the ball clearly went out for our throw in and gave it for his team. Wrong!!

With the team you've got ziggy you maybe need to add one or two players purely so you have a full team each week and the luck will come.
Each time we've played you (bar the cup game) we have had the hardest games of the season and i really thought it would be us and you fighting for top spot (before we had our points deduction).....didn't have the food as i needed to get back to Teignmouth.....i'd rather travel 40 miles less on the day and get bread and water!

Sounds like you will be very strong for the remainder of the season and will get promoted next year....as long as you have a strong leader that keeps the team together...2 games in 2 days....do stavvy play on the saturday we play you as well?!?! i really hope they do as otherwise they will be far fresher than you guys...
Good luck for the remainder of the season...i'll be in Cuba as you play against us....hopefuly i can light up a cigar after hearing the results over that weekend!

And there were 3 goals that went in that were clearly offside! and also throw ins that should've gone our way but didn't.He made mistakes both ways, but he certainly isn't a cheat.

Re: Sat 11th April Results
Well then what you need to do Guardy is get yourself a better linesman, if you had a better one maybe you wouldnt of let in 118 goals this season.

Re: Sat 11th April Results
Well its good to see you have a sense of humour Guardy!!
Roller shame you wont be playing in the game with you boys, have a great holiday you lucky bugger!! Hopefully we will keep all the team together and make a proper challenge next season, especially with the new facilities being built will be good to get more players in.

Re: Sat 11th April Results
We have to have a sense of humour with the way our season is going!! Just took offence when our honesty was brought into question.

Re: Sat 11th April Results
Nope it just seemed that way on the day. Fair enough, you are a good bunch of lads, and all clubs have those sorts of seasons!! Ive seen you guys are goin in the right direction with your facilities (floodlit training and fencing around the pitch coming etc) that bring in more players. Also with your 1st being high up you can always call some of them down for the important survival games.
