Lisa you wouldn't believe how much trouble all that is for some players. Some can barely remember to turn up let alone bring their boots AND subs!!
And before Villain turns on me I am in no way referring to him.

thankyou everyone for your kind words.
if only everyone who is happy to comment on an apparent lack of respect here would do the same on the field then perhaps we wouldn't have the problems we do.
Please do not lecture me on showing respect when many members of the SDL fraternity cannot do the same when it comes to playing the game.
I do not wish to see what goes into the organisational side of affairs as I do not choose to. I do not wish to spend a morning involved in this dpeartment of the league as I let those who choose to get on with it............
And, as for subs, again it is a sad indictment of the league that enforcement is not adequate for the collection of outstanding subs and monies owing from players. I suppose it is quite easy to use myself as an object on which to target your misgivings towards those who do not honour their financial commitments.

wot a load of tosh, its up to the clubs to collect match fees, if clubs let players run up debts its their own faults, if players owe dont pick them, if they dont pay on the day fine them. clubs get what they deserve if they dont keep their finances under control.

King Newt is right on the subs issue. It's the clubs' responsibility and for "villains" information, there are mechanisms in place with DCFA whereby Clubs can report a player and probably see him suspended for non-payment. I rather think Clubs prefer to forget the debt and the player, though that does little for the next Club he joins and screws about! Simple solution, Clubs? Don't let it get out of hand and, if you know where he's gone to, a discreet word to the new Club.
Who is this masked man, "villain06"? And what sort of disguise is that anyway? Which villa?
