Would that be the Paignton Villa that failed to get their details in to Ant, thus delaying the fixtures? Oh and, the same PV that didn't attend the fixtures meeting although it was delayed?

Having been involved in cricket in the past this isnt possible as the league stipulates the cricket fixtures and most teams have this problem take borough park in totnes for instance football on one side and rugby on the other with the cricket square in the middle The cricket season is relatively short in comparision the the football season as well so cant really grumble too much. I can think of many teams that share facilities with cricket and football its just one of those things.

Having said that I do find it ammusing at Chagford that you have the cricket club committee watch every home game and collect any ball that goes remotely near the square thats dedication as I havent seen that anywhere else!!!!

Browner, I too know who Villian is and am quite surprised by his comments but still everyone is entitled to their own opinion, its a shame he is not helping to run his Club anymore, as he was good at it.

Our ball "boys" (of 80+ years of age) don't consist of the entire cricket club committee though they are protective of the square! Trouble is, cricket pitches are bigger than the square in the middle!
