Finals! It's finals week at my university, so I'm off doing that. And so, if I'm not online I'm studying...*sigh*

Good luck for your finals, Thora!

*crosses fingers and squeezes thumbs*

My mind is on a lot of things - mostly on the anthology I'm editing, though. With an effort, I can finish a most dreadful part today, which is writing filler pieces to embed the stories in.

Another thing I'm spending time and much thought on is the room I'm slowly turning into "my room" by rearranging furniture, throwing out stuff, and so on. I'm still not sure what kind of cupboards I want to have in there, so it's mostly book cases and a pile of old furniture to keep our stuff in. Today is the first day I feel I can breathe in this room again.

Phew.

I CAN'T FREAKING WAIT until the new seasons start! I know the first ep of Torchwood airs (in Britain) on Jan. 16th...does anyone know when Doctor Who is scheduled to start?

Anyway...

I'm worried.

I'm putting in motion more things that'll lead to me being able to start my very own therapist practice. If all goes very well, I'll have everything ready in summer of 2008.

And that's really, really scary. I almost feel I'm on a train rushing into a new life. A part of me can't wait to see it happen, while another part is scared stiff.

Oh- best of luck Firlefanz! That sounds very exciting. New things can be intimidating, especially something on that great a scale. Just don't let yourself get overwhelmed. You CAN do it!

I'm feeling really disconnected right now. There are a million and ten things I need to do. I know I need to put myself first for them since they are ME things, not things for my friends, but I'm not quite at the point where I feel like upsetting a good, yet sensitive, friend over something I feel is pointless anyway.

Sometime Thursday: Expect the first of the herb postings! Yes, I was going to do it over break, and then I was a dumbass and forgot my books here, and I didn't want to put my trust solely on internet herb info. emoticon

Otherwise, there's been a lot on my mind. I feel a bit revitalized, oddly, and just in the mood to be really productive. I hope that doesn't fade. emoticon

Lupa, thanks for your wishes. I'm still moving ahead, just called a place for work experience. I need 80 hours for a certificate. They told me to call back on Monday, as the lady has to talk it over with her collegue. She did sound a bit interested, and certainly didn't say "no" right away.

I hope you managed to sort out your problems and found a solution to things. *sends some white light*

Thora, glad you're feeling good and productive, may it last!
