Exploring New Surroundings..
Hi everyone. I'm Jenn, from North Carolina. Currently a full time student and single mom to 4. (The oldest is actually my step-son, but I've never let monikers matter much.)
I am.. eclectic. I have been/studied Wicca, Shinto, Buddhism, Taoism, and a handful of Christian denominations (including Mormon and Episcopalian). I haven't found the answers in any of them, only more questions.
I believe that there is a G(g)od out there somewhere, but that he/she/it doesn't choose our actions. We choose them ourselves. I also believe that I don't have to sit in a pew, or read a book in order to live life in a good way. I only have to be the best person I can be.

For the discussions here, people don't have to follow a certain tradition. In fact, it's much more fun to look at several and compare.

Welcome! I think you'll really enjoy this place, I know I do. We are more concerned with asking questions and discussing the hard issues rather than basking in the lime light. You can breathe here, freely and openly and I truly believe the people here care about spirituality as a whole; seeing the big picture above seeing their own reflection. Coming to Sphaira has brought me great joy, I hope you find the same peace.
