Strike Three, Yer 'Net's Out! Proposed New Law Leaked...
Details have been leaked of a proposed new law being discussed in secret - one that would impose major restrictions on file sharing on the internet.
If the new law is enforced, someone caught sharing copyrighted material on the internet three times could be jailed, and banned from using the internet for life.
The law could also mean the end for popular video sites such as YouTube, and even Flickr, because of various legal issues.
Many of the world's largest corporations are reportedly in on this, though no specific names have been made public yet.
Thanks to Skipster over on the Oldies but Goodies board for the heads-up on this.
