Your forum is off to a good start. I rated it 7-8 for what is currently on the forum. Colors are good. Forum jump is a nice feature and so is the sidebar. After you get it finished + add more content+filler it'll be an A+ I look forward to seeing its progress.

As you can see the chat bar down the bottom has just appeared. You can use this to chat to me. You can just use the guest account. But you can create a user account.

Really nice site! I've rated it 7-8 because the flashing banner is really a turn off to those who physically (for medical reasons) can't take it. Other than that, the colors, layout, and side bar are really nice!
