War Council Reminder
The August War Council has been scheduled for 1000 AM before the August 22nd battle.
Subjects to come up to vote for the War Council:
Changing the roles of Chapter Reps to President and Vice President and the duties that each person would have.
Going over the rule changes from last and Rag.

Is the next battle the 4th Sat. in August on the 22nd or the 3rd Sat. August 15th? Originally it was going to be the 2nd Sat. in August on the 8th, but you and Mog could not make that one, and so we would have had some key people and active orchestrators missing. Also, I look forward to seeing you on Thurs. I hope you can make it over to my home as well. I live fairly close to Dodinell. It's good to know there are true holy warriors in the OoT as well.

Who wants the Taurendor mailing list? I send this out every month to remind people of the event and to give them notice of what is going on in the realm and local areas. So who wants to handle this.

War Council
The items that are on the table are the vote on changing the titles of reps to pres and vice pres.
This was discussed at the council held in April. The meeting took place at Desta Nova’s house. It was decided to put this off till after rag due to the election results, and to give the council and board time to consider the effect it would have on the realm.
Desta Nova’s name was put forward as pres and Magnus as vice pres.
Duties of the reps that will have to be given to pres and vice pres:
No voting rights on council.
1. Representative for our chapter at Ragnarok.
2. This position is elected yearly.
3. Chapter reps serve as the voice for Taurendor when dealing with other realms or any outside officials, and on all issues dealing with the RWC (Ragnarock War Council).
4. Must check Taurendor’s “@Dagorhir” email address regularly.
5. Responsible for setting an agenda, organizing and running in person BoD meetings.
6. Responsible for seeing that the web page has the correct information both for contact and battle location.
7. Responsible to see that all of Taurendor’s activities, and web information are sanctioned under the DBGA rules as per Taurendor’s signed agreement.
8. The timely production and release of an event schedule.
9. Final interpretation of Dagorhir rules as pertains to Taurendor battle rules.
10. Collection and maintenance of the organization’s equipment (i.e., first aid kits, rental equipment and costumes, etc.)
11. The Chapter Representative may delegate this authority as the Chapter Representative sees fit.
