Recruiting Rule
I'd like to propose a rule about recruiting new players to units too soon.
Basically, unless a unit specifically brings a new person to a practice or an event, any new person who finds our realm should be allowed to attend at least THREE battles before a unit may try to recruit them.
Thoughts?

I'm in agreeance. I understand I don't have voting power yet, but if I'm reading the bylaws right, we will by years end. My point is, this doesn't count as a vote, but as a member and commander of a soon to be active unit, I think giving people time to get their bearings before snatching at them is a good policy.

Actually I think his was that the person could not join a unit for three battles, same thing just worded diffrent.

To be more specific, his was for units to not approach a brand new fighter unless that fighter approaches the unit first, or that unit is responsible for bringing the fighter into the game.

Well not that what I vote for matters but I was gonna say there shouldn't be anything wrong with giving someone the lowdown on what your unite is about if they ask first
