question on november battle
and the schedule it says that rogin will be hosting the november battle, in highbridge but i have read other posts about a different battle sight, is there a confirmed place where the november battle will take place?

Good catch, for some reason I had thought that the Rogin battle was in December, I am attempting to clarify it now.

Shoot for beginning of 2010 then. Just pick Jan, Feb or March. Surprisingly, eventhough January was hellishly cold last year, (see what I did there?), we still had one of our better turnouts for that event. so don't be discouraged.
You should be happy though, you get to open up the year and do your best to make your battle "the one to start off the year". So yeah, get back to me with which month you have chosen for 2010, and goodluck.

Some of that depends on me finding a place to live in the area come the end of this semester... if worst comes to worst and I wind up elsewhere, I'll talk to my second about being ready to take my place should we host the battle.
