Is there any unit that practices on Monday or Thursday nights?

None that I know of, but you could put out that word that you would like to start one, and see if there is sufficient interest to make it worth while.
OoT practices on Tuesday nights, the Orks on Saturday mornings I believe. Outside of those, I don't think that there are any other regular practices.
