The TV

The TV

classification: paulian

(collection of Chucklbunny)

The TV is visible whenever the interior of Room 10 is shown.

The powers of the TV, if they exist, are completely unknown. Most collectors consider it an object merely because it is a distinct modular component of the room.

The TV is a brown, Bakelite, Motorola 17T13. When compared to other objects that are actually collected, it is quite large and heavy.

Useful eBay search terms:

motorola 17t13

Very few TV’s have been found. They are almost never sold on eBay because of the obvious difficulty with shipping. In addition to being large and heavy, they are likely to get damaged during transport. They nearly always have to be located and purchased through online networking or Craigslist.

Of the four TV’s known to be in the possession of object collectors, three of them were obtained by direct pickup; the other was shipped in parts. The TV that was shipped in parts was disassembled by the seller into its tube, its chassis, and its case. This is not a bad option but requires that the seller be proficient in working with vintage electronics. Besides being troublesome, vintage TV’s are dangerous to work with. They may retain electrical charge that can cause serious electrocution.

The willingness and fortitude to acquire the TV is practically the definition of RMC. The third person to receive the title of RMC, Dispaminite, drove 8¼ hours to pick up his TV. The fourth person to receive the title of RMC, exyooper, drove 7 hours to pick up his TV. If you have a TV in your collection, no one will doubt that you are a serious object collector.

We don't know if the tv has ever been taken out of the room or not. It has not been said either way, but it might be the object that turns iron into magniesium within a 20 ft radious.

In the show it is chained down. That makes me skeptical. I will need an argument.

ok we know everything resets when it is in the room to where is belongs. So if someone ripped the chain out of the wall and took the TV (or unscrewed it) when they placed it back in the room the chain on the TV would have reset back to being in the wall and on the TV
