I still got some unfinished business regarding a few storylines so I'll post what I'll be running here so everyone has plenty of notice. This way it easier to manipulate your characters so they are available for the running SL without any problems.

I wont be running anything untill After Christmas though so theres enough time for questions and comments.

Modern Era.

Map : Hells Gate London.

This will be the finale to the events regarding the Ascendancy involvement in the Crimson Keep history.
It was discovered that the Ascendancy had been influencing the course of the Crimson Keep's history and many of its actions for centuries, but the biggest and most worrying claim was that they are the creators of the Keep, and had been ensuring the running of this kind of organisation for centuries before the Keep ( as we know it ) was around.


Dark Future.

Map : Battlefleet Taskforce and Cityscape.

One again the Sabbat comes forward to offer a deal. They would lend resources to ensure a successful attack upon the Camarilla in return for an area of Mars for their own use.
The Tzimisce have their sights set on Earth and need a closer staging point for harvesting operations into the inner planets.
However, its obvious to see that if they are allowed to do so, an attack upon the inner planets would put the rest of Sol at a severe risk.
Without the aid of the Sabbat, there seems little chance that anyone can hold back the tide of Abyss Hybrids the Camarilla are sending out.

Natasha has lost her unique ability to reform after final death, and the Camarilla have implanted this into the new breed of Abyss Hybrids. She is now in the very protective care of Morimorphus ( Who had been "Working with" the Camarilla to help produce these Hybrids successfully ).
What hasnt been previously posted or mentioned is the fact Morimorphus has been in contact, very briefly, with the underground -Anti Camarilla- organisation run by "Bat-man".

With the Exodus approaching, time is running out and the only way to retrieve Natasha from the Camarilla is to find a way to remove her from the Camarilla Haven World, one of the most heavily fortified areas in the entire of Sol.
A standard stealth/infiltration would be impossible given the level of security on the Haven World.

With Abyss Hybrids of almost every type swarming in the dark corners of cities all over Sol, its just a matter of time before this unstoppable horde decides to break loose and wipe out everyone in their way.

posticon Storyline Schedule - Easter 2007

Heres a quick summary previous events that will continue for the Easter 2007 RP sessions. ( Ratz will have a ton of stuff to run also, so this isnt a complete listing of everything that has, and will happen. )
Hopefully I havent forgotten anything so let me know if theres something missing or wrong and I'll edit emoticon

Dark Ages

-- Summary --

Events at the Keep had taken a mysterious turn with the appearence of a group of Cappadocian's aiding in the rescue of a Lord of the Keep. However this was shadowed by the death of another individual that was pledged the protection of the Keep.
Soon after, the Cappadocian's who had claimed to be freinds of the Keep, disapeared without a trace.

It wasnt long afterwards that a Mortal had been brought to the Keep.... a Mortal who claimed to be nothing less than a Vampire Hunter!!!
Although a foolish thing to do, she was Kept under house arrest inside the Keep and given Guests Quarters instead of a dungeon cell, with the personal assurance of Lord Draco that she would not be any trouble.
Unfortunately events did not run in the Vampire Hunters favour, she had discovered the Ancient Tunnels beneath the Keep and was mortally wounded by one of its residents.
She was forcably Ghouled against her will to save her life, and soon after, left the Keep.

A worrying matter had come to light, it seemed that news had arrived of a group of Lasombra coming to the realm. If they followed the usual protocol, they would seek audience with the Keep to explain their purpose of being here. It is hoped they merely seek permission to pass through the realm to other lands beyond.

A short expedition into the Ancient Halls beneath the Keep was mounted with the intention of uncovering what secrets it held. The library of the Keep held some clues in the form of deciphered writings so a small group entered the dreaded place to find and read what writings were hidden within.
The area known as the "Man in the jar" was briefly studdied and some old and worn writings were found to be carved around the base of the jar.

The writing spoke of a cataclysm that would happen, resulting in the release of the apparently "imprisoned" occupant of the large glass vessel.
However, while these writing were being studdied and translated, the investigators came under attack by shadow-like entities.
it is unclear if these entities were trying to protect the jars occupant, or attemptng to prevent anyone accidently releasing whoever it was that resided within.

After returning to the Keep's library to further study the writings that were copied to parchment, it was found that the name of the man in the jar was Lucivius.
And since that time, strange things began to happen within the walls of the Keep.

Modern Era

-- Summary --


The Corporation had been kept very busy recently trying to help in the fight against the Garou that had infiltrated the City. Also it seems the Camarilla is in a state of chaos with the prince resigning his position and suffering crippling losses from Garou attacks.

The Sabbat had also broken its cease-fire agreement with the Corporation after the death of Vezuviel ( A Sabbat Ascendancy member ) and a number of other Ascendancy members. Just who had killed them was a mystery, but it was plainly made to look like it was a Garou attack.
The Garou in the city could just be a handy scapegoat if someone else was behind this.
All that remained of them now was Varloth and a mysterious unknown individual.

London resembled a secret battlefield, everyone was fighting everyone else, and everyone was waiting for the right time to finish off anyone who seemed the weakest.
When the threat of the Garou was reduced enough, the Corporation planned the next move to checkmate a thorn in its side, as well as find and destroy the last of the manipulative Ascendancy.

Dark Future

-- Summary --


The rescue of Natasha went without a problem, she was recovered with the help of her sire Morimorphus, from the hands of the dreaded Camarilla. As a bonus, the Corporation had managed to deal a massive blow against the Camarilla, sending them the message that the Corporation was a very real threat to their Nazi-like regime.

Mars was beginging to see signs that the years of war and chaos was at an end, and reports were spreading that the Giovanni were abandoning almost everything and quite simply dissapearing.
Without the Giovanni to actively oppose the Camarilla, there was a huge risk the Camarilla would take advantage of this and sieze control of the entire of Mars in one swift move. The only factor that may slow this down was the Earth Enforcement presence on Mars lending aid and supplies for the rebuilding of a devastated planet.
Although the current state of war was somewhat diminished, there seemed to be a feeling that this was the begining of a new era of bloodshed.

The corporation now turned its attention to a new problem. Many of its allies and affiliates were calling for the end of a new potential threat. The Crimson Corporation was starting to find its feet in the new world/s, and through sheer hard work and sacrifice had rebuilt itself from nothing after the persecutions, and was now something that could not be ignored any longer.

Currently, both Natasha and Demortia have simply vanished from the Corp-Tech Industries building, having aparently walked out.
A resistance member has also reported that Morimorphus has gone missing from his cell on the Camarilla Havenworld, avoiding his trial.

(( Not going to give away too much about stuff for DF, dont want to spoil any suprises emoticon and believe me... there will be a lot of suprises lol )

Advance notice of a story which will be run either tonight or tomorow:

Era : MD
Maps : Prague (Stock map) and Temple of Ultimate Darkness.

Summary :

This story takes place in Romania, the main goal is to locate and recover Demortia who has mysteriously dissapeared while on a diplomatic mission.
Further details will be given as a narration at the start of the story.

I have the next part of my MD events planned and ready to run at the next available opportunity.
I dont think it necessary to write a full summary due to the previous events being so recent, but if anyone needs the memory jogging it wont be any problem to do ingame during the prologue section.

Maps :

Prologue : Hells Gate London

Main Story : New York ( Stock ). The Sewers part being used to represent the network of forgotten victorian subway tunnels.


Requirements :

Make sure you have the newest DA Crimson Keep map installed as some components are used from it.
Also, make sure you have installed my newest Skin file ( released a yesterday via email ((20th Aug.)) although it isnt compulsory, it will add a little extra effect to the ongoing events )
If you dont have this skin file, you will need to request it and it will be sent via email attachment.

Its almost the end of the long running "Ascendancy" story, with only a couple more story events to go to finalise everything and bring it to the conclusion.
I figured a quick recap should help to remind everyone of whats going on and whats happened due to this particular story having been in motion for quite some time ( I've even forgotten some of it! ).

All of the following applies only to the MD era.


Vezuviel Mephistopholes
It first appeared that he was killed by a Garou assault when he asked the Corp to eliminate a ruthless competitor to his reign, Morimorphus.
It was during an encounter with Lucivius Maleficus that his death was in fact claimed to be by the hand of Lucivius in some internal power struggle.
Although Vezuviel was the first of the Ascendancy to appear to the Corporation, since his apparent death he has not been heard of, or seen since.
Current state : Presumed dead, by the hand of Lucivius.

Varloth Cthoga
Discovered to be the "Grandsire" of Demortia, his role within the Ascencancy didnt come to light for some time after they had revealed their presence.
He deliberately posed as a neutral entity in order to uncover the truth behind the claims that the Ascendacy was in fact the creator's of the Crimson Keep organisation to combat some secret war against the Tremere.
Current state : Dead, banished to hell by the hand of the Corporation. However this was part of the vile plan of Lucivius.

Lucivius Maleficus
First discovered as an aparently imprisoned entity deep under the Keep in the ancient ruins ( DA ) his release upon the world came about when the Keep fell and was destroyed ( the transition between DA and MD, see MD history page for more info )
His plans were probably the most obvious of the Ascendancy members, with the destruction of the world by releasing Hell unto it.
During an encounter with Lucivius, the Corp found that it was he who had slain his own Ascendancy people by banishing them to hell in some diabolical ritual.
Lucivius was finally confronted and defeated in a face-to-face battle.
However he is not yet permanently out of the picture.
Current State : In custody of the Corp and Staked untill a permanent solution is found.
( as a sidenote, dont forget they cannot simply be slain in the normal manner, if their body is destroyed in any way, their wraith form is released to possess another body )

Morimorphus
His role within the grand scheme of things is not yet discovered. He is perhaps the most elusive member, yet has come forward on at least one known occasion to help the Corp in the task to find a means to permanently imprison Lucivius.
It seems that Morimorphus was the final sacrifice needed to complete the ritual begun by Lucivius, but since Lucivius is currently out of action, Morimorphus remains unnoposed and is now the only Ascendancy member still "Alive" and free.
Current state : Alive and kicking.

Scylla Dree
Not a great deal is known about this particular member. At this moment, her existance as part of the Ascendancy is completely unknown, but she has appeared to the Corp many years ago to offer a strange style of prophetic aid in the Corporations endevours. She also appeared at the Keep posing as a Lasombra diplomat ( this currently an unresolved part of a DA Story.
Also you probably dont remember her appearence in MD as it was a couple of years back, but trust me, she was there emoticon )
Current state : Presumed Dead, by the hand of Lucivius in his treacherous and diabolical plan to raise Hell.

Dareth Iscivizel
Again, another enigmatic member, he hasnt appeared to the Corporation since the DA's, but more than likely because it doesnt serve his interests to do so.
( Like Scylla, he is part of an unresolved Story during the DA's so I cant give too much away about him yet )
Current state : Presumed dead, again by the hand of Lucivius.

This will be the finale of the Ascendancy Story and will take place "Split Era" but on the same map.

When : Earliest available opportunity.

Where : DA Crimson Keep map ( both MD and DA parts )

This story event will begin in the DA era as another flashback similar to the previous Trial story event.

The whole episode involving the Ascendancy will hop back to the MD era to the finale.
The DA Keep map will be used to represent the remains of what is left since it was destroyed ( specifically the Ancient Halls, everything else is gone ).

Be warned : The resolution of the DA part will greatly effect how the MD part will be influenced emoticon
