Ah D60! I knew you well, broken awhile ago after a fall ;-(

Pretty old article, RAW engine have really improved in the last while. I saw a comparison between Adobe LR and Aperture 2.0 in terms of RAW engine at different ISO settings there was so little difference between two, very subjective.

You can't go wrong if use LR, PS or Aperture. Personally I love the digital darkroom like LR and Aperture.
