Capture Sharpening.

I may regret this but I have been researching capture sharpening and can not decide to add this to my workflow.
To date, the only sharpening I use is at the end of my workflow and a little more when I print my image. I have seen articles and it is mentioned on Martins DVD that this is an important stage to digital imaging.
What do you other Members of this forum do and by what degree, as there seems to be alot of different views out there.
Thanks John

Re: Capture Sharpening.

I apply the Lightroom default of 25% x 1 pixel x 25 x 0 to all my images - it works for me.

Re: Capture Sharpening.

depends on what I am doing
If its an image I really think might work and effort is going to be expended I do a pre-sharpening in C14 and adjust sharpening at the end of the workflow...otherwise I use the C14 default
