The big give away
Got you lol
Just to ask again, I needdddddddd articles about anything related to BW photography and camera equipment you own and your views on it. Its for the online E-MAG. The digital monochrome worker.
This is important to you
I have plans ahead with this, any article or pictures you submit to me could be very beneficial to you in the future, maximum exposure of your words and work, plus your web sites. If I can keep the mag running for a year, the amount of content will allow me to go a step further, by submission you will be on board and part of the plan. Please see if you can do an interesting article, perhaps about where you live, your views on BW, you preferred editing techniques etc. Don't worry about grammar or spelling no ones worse than me, I have every issue proofed read before upload, I would prefer you submit documents in Word but anything I can copy and paste helps me enormously when putting the mag together. The magazine is getting lots of hits from the Issue side and digital-monochrome hits and increasing all the time. need words and pics, pics sizes no more than 1000px longest side
Martin

Re: The big give away
Working on something myself Martin. On a side not, too many sticky's in this section. Your post is on the second page. Bit of a pain.

Re: The big give away
Hi Martin, regarding your need for submission for the September issue, perhaps you can suggest some topics that we can research and write about.
Another option: You've known me and my mono photography for about 3 years now. Based on what you know about my mono photography, perhaps you can identify a strength you see in my work and then I could write about it. This would apply to other forum members as well.
Here are some other topics:
How to set up an exhibition (Bill Allsop?)
The business side to mono photography (you)
B&W and HDR (myself, Karl, or Chris)
B&W printing (you)
Converting colour to mono and understanding
colour filters (you, me or anyone else)
Black and White Film for mono (you or any other forum member thats shot film before digital)
Just some ideas, there many topics.
Let us know.

That'll be you Steven! I have always been in awe of what you do with tone mapping especially after you added CG

I don't know Chris, you're the one that got me started on HDR mono. Your stuff is awfully good too.

Re: The big give away
Martin,
I could always do a little something about setting up a market stall if you are interested? I have done it for three years on and off now before going permanent this year and (as you well know... ) since I am just setting up the new look mono only stall it may be relevant!
