Re: Premium membership

How do I upgrade?
When I followed your link it said to go to the control panel and click the upgrade button, I do not appear to have that button available in my control panel.
Thank you
Shirley

Re: Premium membership

First, click on the "Upgrade" link near the top of the board. Click this link before upgrading your account,
Next, go to your control panel. Near the bottom of that page, you need to click on the "Upgrade my account" button, then follow the directions on each page to complete the purchase. hope this helps

Martin

Re: Premium membership

Hi Martin,
I dont know if I am missing something but I have searched high and low on the site for an upgrade button and cannot find it. You said to click on the upgrade link at the top of the board - which page should I be on?
Its interesting that when I go to others information I can give a gift premium membership but not on my own!

Re: Premium membership

Sorry, mine stops at Inbox - there is no Upgrade button. In fact mine says:

Runboard.com/control Panel/Subscribe to Topic/Add to Favorites/Inbox

Which is a little different to what you describe.

Shirley

I have been onto the support forum and they asked you to try this

One of the adim for runboard has looked and says that the link is there, try the above and let me know if it works

Yes Martin I have been called an odd one on many occasions LOL

I have tried as you suggested but nothing has changed. I use Firefox and thought that maybe that was the problem so I logged into IE and tried again, but still no luck. I deleted all cookies, temp files etc and still nothing has changed ...... perhaps I am just not meant to a premium member!!!!
