Working on depth

These two may not be outstanding pictures but I wanted to practice depth building and tonal separation and these two seemed appropriate. Alsoe they are quite complex and it was always problematic for me to deal with multiple areas.
Please tell me how did I do.

You have done really well on these two Martin, especially the 2nd one, keep practicing, the 3d effect is more apparent in print than on the screen, I also have to say I like both pictures for tone and texture

Re: Working on depth

Thank you Martin and Bill emoticon I'm getting some of my pics printed soon. I have found someone who does artprints on quality papers in Poland. Sometime I'll surely have some from you too Martin, right now have to save on whatever possible (still studying), and the prices here and in UK are very different. I'm very curious how different this wil be from seeing them on the screen. can't wait emoticon
