Canon 24-105L New and unused

I bought the 5D2 kit which includes the 24-105L lens, thinking I would find a use for it, but I haven't.

Not used at all, so at £725 (ono) I'm offering it for sale at a couple of hundred under the new price if bought individually.

I know IM trying to make a profit, (isn't everyone?) but it would still be a fantastic bargain for anyone who was thinking of buying this lens. emoticon

Also available (new) for it.
 £25 (half new price)

Hoya Pro-Digital UV protector filter

Simon,

I'm sure you'll sell this quickly, but post back here if you do.

I've got my camera ordered and next on the list was this lens or a 24-70L as I have a nasty gap in my focal range.

If it's still around when the money becomes available, I'll buy it.

I had the 24~70 f2.8, In my experience unless you need the speed then the 24~105 is the best bet, far light, IS and zooms the right way, [logical way i mean] emoticon. And if your got it attached to the MK3 the smaller f stop don't slow you down, just crank up the iso to compensate, no noise. Only thing you might miss is the better bokah on the 24~70

PM sent Simon emoticon

Thanks Martin...I hadn't read any reviews on this lens yet and didn't even realise it had IS!

With the 1d Mk3 with it's high ISO performance and the range of this lens + IS I should have a pretty decent concert shooting setup!
