Re: new a3 printer

Your best bet is to listen to those that use it , not them that sell it, I have used epson printers for over three years and not one blockage or error, the output in both colour and BW [once learnt how to get the best] is amazing, thats about it

I hear ya Martin , Epson sound s the way to go but it would be nice if Epson themselves had a better idea of what their printers differences were?

yup that's me all over
*scratch* *scratch*

 emoticon

But really the nit I was trying to pick is now - (leaving the cost benefit of inks for the 3800) - whether I would notice any difference between the 3800 and the NEW 2880 in shhhhh Colour - esp Blues

Im sure for B+W they're both superlative, and now it's really a question of whether I can afford the 3800, certainly Im sold on the Epsons on Martins recommendation ( and others) but as I also am keen on colour I have to consider the new vivid magenta that the 2880 has, as the previous complaint was that it is hard to get good blues with the epsons
