I work for a photographer in my spare time covering mainly horse events. We print onsite and also sell from the web, they buy three standard shot types but for a change we offered b+w,went down like a lead balloon emoticon they didnt like change.

According to amateur Photographer a couple of days ago, Canon are going to be making a statement on their findings about this black dot thing.

Will be interesting how they handle it after the mk3 situation.

Doubt there is much to worry about, just enjoy that fantastic camera and keep taking great images.

I am not worried at all. I dont really pixel peep and I dont shot at absurdly high ISO values when I dont need too...I mean really if you push something to the edge of its capabilities you are bound to find some break downs....

Re: Hey Martin

In another forum I bemoaned the fact that as soon as the new camera was available for testing they did high ISO noise tests and comparisons ... seems its the selling point these days ... me, I'd like a camera with low ISO and a full dynamic range but then I never did do that 'sheep' thing (no offence intended Martin emoticon I know you luv sheeps')
