2nd Place at the County Fair

I entered 2 pictures into the "Juried Fine Arts" division at our county fair this year. It is an open competition, paintings, sculptures, sketches and such. All entries are screened and any deemed not good enough for the fine art division are then moved too other divisions. Well, I was very happy to find that both photos made it, and one took second place. Martin printed it for me on Museo Max, and I must say that seeing your image printed on this paper is really something. First place was taken by a very nice painting.

A big thanks to everyone who has helped me over the last year. You all have really helped me improve my mono from capture to print and I really appreciate it. Wouldn't have happened without you folks.

Hmmmmmm, I wonder about that sometimes but I still don't do it.

I figure the next image won't have the same tonal range and even if it does I won't be in the same mood so I'll want it different. emoticon
