Bigger filters

Up until recently I haven't had a problem with cokin P size filters but FF @ 17mm the holder is very evident in the frame.
Do you folks use a low profile holder (if such a thing exists) or a larger filter size for wider angles (any reccomendations?).
I never had the problem with MF 6x7 although that didnt really go as wide.

Larger filters i.e. screw on, but the low profile versions of thoseemoticon

I found cokin ( and that type) tend to allow reflections from the sky etc behind you and are just too much of a faff to use emoticon

Re: Bigger filters

I use Lee filters with a wide angle adaptor. Even then at fully wide there just a hint of vignetting at 17mm. highly recommended.
