Shallow DOF (And No Cheating)

This week, let's see if we can all post one photo demonstrating shallow DOF done in camera. Here's my contribution, nothing special but a challenge nonetheless.

Image

Some newbies may not understand how DOF works so maybe one of the more experienced members can give some pointers on how to achieve this in camera.

PLEASE...NO PHOTOSHOP SIMULATION!!

Olympus E-400 with the Zuiko 50mm f1.8 set wide open...let the exposure and ISO sort themselves out
