New forum header
New header, Be brutally honest, like it, or think you can do better, I am open to suggestions as i ain't got a clue with web design really, if you could maybe post up your own versions i would appreciate it should be max longest size 999 by 300 px, post up version here, remember to make it a good post because it could be used to head this site

Hi martin,
sorry don't like the new header at all
I suggest using the same as your website but just replace "By Martin Henson' with "the LEARNING Forum"
That extra text doesn't belong on a header image IMO, can you find somewhere else to put it?

be nice if the right hand end had a colour to monochrome gradient but I hate to say it it is snazzier than Martins!

Simon I aint got a clue regards text , something I picked from PS, the trees in the colour version are nearly mono so no colour would show, come up with a total new one, keep to the sizes as above post, oh I wish you or someone could design one

aaagh just looked through all my images and I don't really have a suitable image that would look good half B+W + half colour, in a banner format
Thinking about it though Im not sure that is the right way to go
You had a perfectly good image that did that previously on your website, but if I rmember right it would be too big for a banner - if not _ I suggest using that as a starting point - send it to me if you like [PM for email]
Otherwise I think the thing to do is to just stick with what I did in my previous post i.e. KEEP IT SIMPLE
I can redo a version of that at the right size (999 pixels) if you like?
