****ing Ice!
Shoveling the sidewalk Monday, hit a patch of ice, and bounced my kneecap off thee ****ing sidewalk. Been Jake-Legging it for 4 ****ing days now. ****, every year winter ****s me in the ass, more and more. It ****ing snowed and it was sub-zero temps. That **** ain't supposed to happen. When it's sub zero, the sky is usually clear. It snows around 15-32 degrees, not negative ****ing 20. I love Minnesota, but ****, man. It's taking it's toll on my body. I'll be in way worse condition than Scuff if I even SEE 60. Then you dudes will truly see an ornery ****er. OD and Scuff are teddy bears compared to what I'll be at that age, if Minnesota winters keep busting me up.

Uhh, no Scuff. Hence the Jake-Leg comment. ****ing knee has no stability from front to back. When I straighten it out, it wants to hyper-extend as much as it wants to bend the right way. Slowly getting better, though. I'm gonna make it. Rodent, I'll never leave Minnesota, so just get used to me pissing and moaning every now and then, when the winter ****s me in the ass.

Yes, dude, you have insurance working for the state, so use it. Go get it fixed now.
I just went to an orthopedist about 2 months ago for a hyperexpended knee from the summer. ****er told me I have, "the knees of a woman." So I responded, "Well, yeah, like that's just YOUR opinion, man." After putting my bra back on, I left his office with the understanding that my knee would probably crack for the rest of my life, but that with a few basic exercises it would "probably" get back to the condition it was in prior to injury.
Get a knee brace or wrap it with an ace bandage if you're on it all day. Ice it first if it has swollen up, then heat it before doing any activity like the strengthening exercises. But go to a dr. I just play one on TV.
