It's America's morbid fascination with the Royalty we have created - we watch the celebs like the Brits watch the Queen, except that for us, we are merely morbidly fascinated with the material possessions and the ultra-lavish lifestyle that wealth beyond belief brings. **** 'em all. My buddies did not die face down in the muck so that these . . .these . . ., well, there probably isn't a literal connection but you get my point. It's that and the fact that we all love to watch a train wreck.
This is a sick society, and we made it that way.

weird thing is that my pops is not into materialism really. He usually laughs at that **** and sees it for the bs it is... but there is like another side to him that drinks it up. He is getting drunk on being disgusted... weird.

The only time I see any of that bull**** is in the checkout line at the store. I have neever been more confused about this John and Kate thing......why dose america give a **** about these people???
