A new career for the missus
Today she considers herself to be one of the luckiest women on the planet. Because she no longer has to report to work and be a corporate pee-on. She gets to be my pee on.
Much like when the dude realized Bunny was really kidnapped, she tendered her resignation. Now she can sit at home and goldbrick and charge $1000 for blow jobs.
So this strumpet this whore, can now take full advantage of the direct tv.
But honestly I don't know what is going to happen. This could all end with me coming home early and catching her with the pool boy.
We are in uncharted waters.
Let me ask you guys, how would you feel about your wife doing this. And should I insist on her getting up before 10am?
By THIS I mean being a stay at home mom.

Re: A new career for the missus
Dude I think it's a pretty good thing, especially if your kids are in school. More parental interactions at school, extra-curriculars and what not...
My wife worked out of the house (for her company) for about three years when we were moving around the ****ing country. She really liked it, especially since we had a new baby at the time. She would occasionally feel pent up though, needing to get out into the outside (and adult) world. But all in all, I think she would go back to that arrangement if her current job allowed, but maybe not.
That being said, laziness should not be permitted. Your percentage of responsibility for housework should decrease significantly. Ensure QVC or HSN is no longer available on your cable. ****tail lunches cannot become the norm. Desperate housewives should be off-limits.
In all seriousness, I think it's a good thing.

Re: A new career for the missus
Good for the kid and you because you know the care you're gonna get from the wife for the kid is better than daycare. But I concur with OD, coffee should be required. She can always go back and take a nap after you're gone until D gets up.
The bigger question is can it be afforded? If so, all good. If not, tell her. Plus, on the other side, she might find she likes being out on her own for part of the day and go back to something. Wasn't she teaching, btw...

Re: A new career for the missus
Yeah when you do the plus/minus with the cost of day care and what not, it's the best thing you can do for the kid if you can swing it. I'll bet most of us had stay-at-home moms and look how ****ing well adjusted we are.
Try to make this look like you are doing her a great favor. Perhaps the sex will increase. Also, watch the boredom shopping.

Re: A new career for the missus
Over all I am very happy. Thanks for the input.
I just have some concerns of my own and cetain expectations. We will need to sit down and talk about this whole thing.
Money wise I am going to miss the extra paycheck for sure. We are by no means rolling in mountains of cash.
This whole thing is multi-faceted. Save money on day care, have better care giver at home, better scheduling, happier wife etc.
Ultimatly she will be going back to school for 1 1/2yrs to get her teaching degree in the spring.
