Come on! Clearly it's Monty. Someone, Vet probably because he can find anything on the net, needs to find a screenshot of the pamphlet of Monty's Cycle. I might change my mind if that's conclusive, but it sure sounds like Monty.

First off......the dude says Marty. With Caucasion in his mouth it sounds every bit as much like Marty as it dose Monty.
Second.......If you pause the movie when they are at his cycle it clearly says Martin, we all know Marty is short for Martin. I do not think the Coen's would **** up a prop like that.
Third they make a point of saying that cynthia is in Hawaii with Marty Ackerman. They make a point of telling you his last name so you dont confuse him with the landlord.
Mark it Marty dudes........next frame.
