Good find dude. For sure it says Martin or Marty. But the picture doesn't look like him unless its supposed to be dude's landlord when he was younger. Marty was bald on top and the dude in the picture has hair.

Just because there appears a name on a piece of paper doesn't mean ****. The landlord is Marty, but that doesn't mean it's the same Martin Randolph as appears on that paper. We dopn't know the Landlord's last name but it sure as **** isn't Monty.
If the name Martin Randolph is the landlord, there is no evidence that the picture is of him. It could be an entirely different article. Playbills all have different stuff in thjem, ads and such, and are not totally devoted to the artist oin stage at the time.
