Background Info:
Jasmyn was raised by her aunt and uncle after her parents were put in prison for death eater activities. She was two years old when that happened. As a child she was very curious about the world around her, so her uncle enrolled her in classes a year earlier than she was supposed to start. Each day she spent reading as much as she could. At least until her ninth birthday. That was when she changed, for the better in her uncles eyes. That was when, after years of wondering, she finally asked what happened to her family. At that point, her Uncle, Alexander Parkinson , let her in on the family secret. She listened with rapt attention, as her uncle informed her what had happened all those years ago. Telling her of the fifth that had been infiltrating the wizarding world. How her parents had stood up against these horrid mudbloods, and been punished by ministry for murder.
When asked what was wrong with muggles, her uncle replied with a sneer. "They're polluting our blood, and taking away all of our traditions and replacing them with their own. The mudblood loving fools love it, while we old fashioned people are dragged around through the mud. As if that weren't enough, they're telling all of their friends about us. They're endangering our lives. What if some day, a muggle is told, who decides that he or she wants to use us for our magic. We'll be made into slaves, but we're the ones who are superior. You should be proud of being a pureblood."
The man continued on for hours, and each new point he made, had Jasmyn getting angrier and angrier at the people who had shoved her parents behind the bars of that horrid place. And so, with each passing day, she grew to hate muggles more and more. Truly believing what her uncle told her, about them being superior. So, when she stepped into hogwarts school, she was instantly sorted into slytherin... almost as fast as Draco Malfoy.
Even though she hates muggles and mudbloods, she is very nice to those she considers her friends. She is loyal and would never, ever turn her back on them.
