Party in the Clearing
Xander walked in the clearing many hours too early and started to set up everything they would need for that night, while distractedly humming a Weird Sisters song under his breath. He had high hopes that he would get lucky that night, but as his father always said, don't count your basalisks until they've hatched. After he had everything set up and ready, he made his way back to the castle so he could get dressed in his impeccable clothing.

Xander walked back into the clearing an hour later wearing A formfitting pair of denims and and a t-shirt with a black blazer-type thing over it. He walked around double checking everything and waited for the guests to arrive.

Shanny and the girls headed over to the clearing, laughing and joking on the way. The best thing about being a witch was warming charms. You never really had to worry about being cold when you were out after curfew.
"You need help setting up?" Shanny said to Jade, and they reached the clearing, where Xander was already waiting.

Jasmyn walked into the clearing and sneered at the girls crowding up the entrance.
"I wish the filth would get out of the way of the entrance." she said loudly, to get the girls attention.

Gwendolyn lowers her head and moves aside, letting Jasmyn pass her. She hates confrontations and does everything she can from getting into them. She then decides to focus her attention on the decorations.

He walked up to her and grabbed her arm.

Shanny turned away so that the Slytherins wouldn't see her giggle as Xander told Jasmyn off. He was right, this was for everyone, and she wasn't planning on ruining it.

I glared as Jasmyn brushed past me.
"She's such a *****," i muttered quietly to the rest of the group, barely noticing as Xander walked over to sort the woman out. "She's lucky i didn't jump her," I finished blushing when i saw the host standing next to us.

Jade wasn't one to just back down from people as eveyrone knew, so of course she did what she had to do.
Jade walked up to Jasmyn, grabbed her arm and turned her around hard
"Hey Jas, so nice of nice of you to move out of the way, I mean this dress was getting ruined by the filth standing in front of me, I mean I'm sure you don't know how much something decent is worth, so understandable," said Jade smiling innocently.
