Yeah sure Daz, no prob. You are of course obviously aware that a re-install will wipe it clean? I will give it a try although I understand you have had trouble trying to get an os on it ??

Re: Carl yes m8 the hard drive is blank so no worries there, as i said at the party ive only got windows 98 and it wont take it and i have formatted it so at this point im scrating my head so thought id hand it over to the expert.

Re: Carl ok bud cheers, think i read somewhere that if you load xp on it it will automaticaly format the drive as well wheres 98 wont. any way will pick you up sat just before 1pm

Re: Carl 98 needs DOS settings to format. XP has the dos setting logged into it. Meaning - after formatting drive C the drive will need to be made ready to recieve the OS, XP will ready the drive to recieve the OS. 98 doesnt do this as it expect the Harddrive to have already been formatted.....I think!!
