They decided to operate on her yesterday and we knew nothing about it till she was in recovery with a few pins and plates in her hip! Naturally here at closing time I have a sad sack waiting for his brother to send him money and as usual he is on foot and the next closest Western Union is miles away!

Re: HEY FAT ASS.....ARE YOU OK? Thanks Ladies! Ma was in good spirits last night and we discussed how it was feeling like Fall a bit outside. She was not as sore as she had been. Has some sort of contraption on her leg that pumps air to put pressure on it. Maybe it is to help the bones set or to stop blood clots!
They had to give her blood as well. Said she was taking too much apirin lately as the pharmacy sent regular aspirin rather than baby aspirin and she is on blood thinners as well. I could go on butt I am giving you more info than you want to know about someone you do not know. Most of you probably wouldn't want that much info even about Ringo. Cept waldo and I and we want to know it all!
