Re: Mark Hudson Fan Club - sign up here! Don't really have a problem with Arif Mardin's work as a producer...maybe "Ringo the 4th" sounds a little too studio-y, but that's about it. Have to say that "Rotogravure" is poorly mixed, though. But even as great as they are, would have to say that the "Scouse the Mouse" tracks from the same era are miles above those, and Arif was nowhere around. Anyhow, my think would be that since Ringo signed with Atlantic in the States, he would take advantage of that situation as Atlantic still had some well known staff producers. (Same thing George did with "George Harrison".)

Re: Mark Hudson Fan Club - sign up here! What about a Ringo Fan Club? Remembering in the booklet for the 'RINGO' album was a pun to join the 'Jim Keltner Fan Club'!!

Re: Mark Hudson Fan Club - sign up here! Looking back on Mr Hudson's credits (doesn't include Harry Oatmeal's "Take Yer Lumps" microcassette for some reason), he will have to accept responsiblility for the rumour about Air Supply being part of the All Starrs.
Re: Mark Hudson Fan Club - sign up here! Not to be confused with the Harry Oatmeal Brothers who filled in for the Righteous Brothers in Kalamazoo. According to reports they brought the house down with their rendition of "I Don't Know If You Lost That Lovin' Feelin', But My Leg Just Fell Asleep". Or the house was brought down shortly afterwards. I forget which.
