Ask Ed
I have decided to offer my services to anyone and anybody with a perplexing question. Since hardly anyone comes here I should have little to do. I will go ON to inform you that I have a B.S. in Spec. Ed with a Minor in Adaptive P.E.
and a Masters in Couseling. That with extensive training in Self Defense, Crisis Prevention and Behavior Management. I have raised 2 lovely daughters and been married twice. I have gone thru the trials and tribulations of divorce and bankruptcy and come out the other end. In the past I've done drugs and am here to say they are bad. Today, I'm sober and almost half a century old. There's a spiritual side to my life with over 35 years of experience and many tales to tell. Need prayer ? I have a direct line. Need a demon exorcised ? I'm your man.
Anyway..ask away and I will honestly answer.
Is this just a last ditch effort to get somebody to post on my cruddy board ?

Re: Ask Ed
a dbed tells me that you sleep in a bed with Dolby Surround Sound. While that may be good for you it obviously has it's pitfalls. Gum on the bedpost of such a device would lose it's flavor quickly being exposed to such intense soundwaves eminating from the Dolby technology.

Re: Ask Ed
The important thing to remember is that
'ALL' white women do not fall under the 2 categories you listed : Lesbian or with a male of color.
Perhaps the places of leisure you frequent has a disproportionate number of caucasian females that chose the lifestyle you aforementioned. A change in venue by you may change your worldview somewhat.
A Church would be a good start. Try attending a Tractor Pull or a NASCAR race.
I'm certain you would feel differently.
Bars,Gay Pride Day at Disney, Nightclubs, Springbreak and Nude Beaches tend to lower inhibitions in everyone and behaviors not in the normal spectrum surface. Besides..you obviously are looking for
'easy' white women. Why would it suprise you that women of such ill repute would swing in any and every direction ?

"If what you say is true, then we're all huminary stew"!
Dear 'Ed!
Hot Corey admires my easy way of talking to strange females when we are out and about (not partying, but just going to stores and restuarants and such). Yet he has layed down with more ladies than I though he is half my age.
Is this due to him being a Ho and grabbing anything that will lay down and the fact that I am an old coot with not much desire for companionship or the hassle and drama that comes with it?

Re: Ask Ed
In the immortal words of Frank Zappa in his song FIND HER FINER from the oft overlooked album ZOOT ALLURES :
'Don't ever let her know you are smart
The universe is nowhere to start '
Basically, act like a dummy and make her feel in control and she's putty in your hands.
This advice can lead to the risk to STD's, HIV and full blown AIDS ( see Tommy Morrison and EZ-E )...not to mention shotgun weddings ( ala Keep Your Hands To Yourself by The Georgia Satellites ) jealous husbands and angry boyfriends ( Gimme Three Steps by Lynard Skynard ) or jailbait. Is it worth the risk ? according to Jim Croce
'Five short minutes of loving gave me 20 long years in jail.
The Good Book says to stay away from such women for they are intoxicating but lead to the pit of hell. So you not only run the risk of danger you run the risk of eternity where the guy with the pointy ears and pitchfork conducts his business.
Worry not my friend. Do you know what they call a guy who has many girlfriends ?
FATHERS.
Find a nice girl and settle down. Don't be deceived by the media's portrayal of beauty. It's not real.

Re: Ask Ed
Knoxville Courthouse Blues - Hank Jr
I'm sittin' in Knoxville courthouse ain't got a thing to do
I don't wanna go to the movies couldn't if I wanted to I'm on trial for lovin' you
Now this all started in a honky tonk just the other side of town
A girl come in took a stool by me ordered gin and drank it down
She lit up a cigarette and turned around
Well she said my name is Jeannie and asked me what was mine
I answered Hank and I walked to the jukebox droppin' a dime
I looked at her short dress low neck line
Well we danced for five or ten minutes and I held her close to me
Kissed her lips and squeezed her hips and judged about twenty three
Whispered in my ears I said yes siree
Now the scene is a little motel out on the state highway
And there's a room for two love is about to take place
And a state trooper breaks down the door shines a flash light in my face
I said what the hell is this and another man and woman come in
And the girl I'm with starts cryin' and screamin' and she runs over to them
Said thank God you're here he tried to hurt me mama
I said now you don't mean the cop says son the girl is seventeen
So that's why I'm in Knoxville courthouse and the judge passed sentence on me
And it's ten long years for statutory rape in the state penitentiary
Lord I can't believe this is happened to me
So when next time you give a girl the eye she gives you that certain smile
Just remember under that woman's breast may beat the heart of a child
Don't you let yourself be the one to help a mixed up kids go wild
This story happened a lot that's true
But you better hope and pray it never happens to you

Re: Ask Ed
If you are referring to Paul McCartney and John Lennon..well, you can write a book on it.
In a nutshell. John was talented but aimless. His mental health, plus the fact that for awhile, he ate acid like candy and was a heroin addict didn't help. Paul had a better work ethic and John was a spoiled brat, raised by his well-to-do Aunt Mimi, who coddled him. Paul was raised in a tight-knit family with good role models.
Paul was driven. He learned to play many instruments and was a workaholic. John was lazy and worked when inspiration hit.
After Paul wrote Yesterday and it became a well-loved classic, that opened the wound in John that would fester until it became a gaping, open sore, oozing with jealosy and self-doubt. John's talent and genius can not to be denied. Yoko came along and his ideology changed to want to be one of the people. He was a psudo-intellectual, always looking for the answer but never finding it. I believe he was in a good place to grow and actually make some sense when an assassins gun killed him.
I can't say Paul was any better musically, just more prolific and certainly made some good business decisions. He did enjoy playing live and did oldies material much better than John. Paul and John were better together than apart. If John would not have been killed I'm sure he and Paul would have eventaully collaborated again. Despite Yoko's influence.
