i spent last night in the citrus county jail....
bad ordeal...rights trampled,sleep lost,comfort removed and truck flatbedded away....
all a misunderstanding??...find out tomorrow...but look here 4 now...http://www.sheriffcitrus.org/public/ArRptQuery.aspx
what can you do..there are extenuating circumstances i assure you....

they set up a road block on highway 19 once or twice a month.....i was too lazy to drive around...figuring i had nothing they found a loritab and a pot pipe...plus i had a faulty brake light....oh well more later i need rest...them jails ain't none too comfortable...

Wow, I don't hear Citrus County, FL mentioned very often. My grandmother lives in Hernando(my late grandfather grew up there). It's a shame to hear it mentioned in connection with bad news.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. I hope they end up being less serious than they appear on the police report.

nd wAs getting discouraged trying to make a living without a liscense as a car mechanic..he lost it because he was late on an insurance payment so the insurance company cancelled him and the state suspended his drivers licsense,the spanish guy had the same charge i found out later...my bond was paid at 11:30 am...i finally was released at 2 pm....the worst thing was not being able to call sonia and say hey i will not be home tonite...the food sucked but the loss of freedom was the worst...i know hardened criminals like me should be shot for not getting off at a decent hour but i needed to finish that house in order to do one as a cash job the next day,the funds would have gotten sonia a cell phone to replace her broken one but it didn't work out..there is something seriously wrong with both our justice system and the insurance industry...court is on august 15...that pill could cost me plenty because it was in my truck...i shudder to think about what else florida will strip me of at the hearing...when you are arrested the next day you get an appearence before a judge and he will reduce your bound and make clear what you are charged with..it was done on a video screen..he was elsewheres,i found out he was called the hammer,the judge,but he was a wiseman,he was the brightest spot in my long ordeal,he reduced the pill charge and he was courtious to everyone,unlike the guards who treated everyone inmate with distaste,why do these bitter people take those kinds of jobs????i know it may get worse for me but i know also the sysem is failing to work smoothly like it is meant to...and i believe the ex lobbyists governor is making matters worse in the sunshine stae...the first i remember mr crist was a lobbyist after hurricane andrew,he and nick danger were trying to change building codes in south florida...they needed them because miami was bad about inspections,the inspectors were not doing a proper job,so all of florida paid for it with tougher fines and building codes...the codes actually make you over do somethings while other things are being overlooked...at first i thought charlie crist is what we need,as there was no quality control on the construction industry,but now that industry is flagging and diminishing,the dream of owning and building your own home will soon be only a dream it this continues on present course,i am not bitter but saddened by this whole ordeal and wonder where the sunshine is in the state anymore....

thanks russell.....i just hope that the judge believes me...one of my workers has a perscription for them and rides with me....i think i picked it off of the floorboard that day infact...
