Re: Congrats to the Pats Wonder if Mr Tour can handle all this Boston ball team success of the last few years? Got the 'I Care' package from Waldo, for he's a jolly good doctor. I look forward to watching the Peter sellers movie. I appreciate the Jets game. When I have a vcr working I tape all the Jet's and Alabama games when they are broadcast. It is kinda the same for me as when Ringo is on, I have to tape it and know I have it. Plus being a Jet's and Alabama fan each game whether they win or lose includes many bit's of trivia anc comments on Joe Namath, Bear Bryant and such. Plus just Loves to see those uniforms.
Re: Congrats to the Pats God bless those Patriots. Not too many monday quaterbacks up here at work since the cool and collect Tom Brady dispersed of the Squeelers.
Re: Congrats to the Pats I tell ya, The Pats get no respect. They won 2 of the last 3 Superbowls and nobody can name 3 players on the team. Best coach in the game. Face it, Pittsburgh got beat by a better team. I wonder what the odds will be ?
Philly doen't have the weapons. They may have to try and just slug it out. Pat's D always stay home. No Owens..well maybe.Huh ? What's that mean anyway ? Is he playing or not ? Is he healthy enough to make a difference ? Pats in a blowout.
Re: Congrats to the Pats yes congratulations to the patriots.
thought it would've been a better game
though instead of a blowout. if i had to
pick which team we would beat, steelers
or eagles, i definitely would've picked
the eagles. never dreamed we'd blowout
the steelers. so with that said, i feel the
pats will win it all again.
Re: Congrats to the Pats The local news had some story about how a retired team member has been called up out of retirement (working in construction) to rejoin the team for this year's superbowl....
Odd indeed!!!!
Re: Congrats to the Pats Think they said he retired in 2003.
And he would only show his superbowl ring "upon request".
The other odd one was some waiter at a local eatery went down to the practice field one day, kicked a few field goals to show how much he wanted on the team, and they hired him on the spot. He went from $2.75 an hour to, perhaps, a contract for 2.75 mil. or somesuch....
Strange days indeed!!!!
