To my Nan, whom I love dearly...
When my Nan was sixty her Doctor gave her two choices: to either completely change her lifestyle, or face being admitted into a mental hospital.
She gave up the drinking, smoking, the drugs and the bad foods and started to live a healthy, fit life.
After three months she felt so revitalized that she decided to begin to walk five miles a day in order to loose weight. Today she is 75 and nobody knows where the **** she is.
