Count Tinkula, who is he?

Choe, the amazing Tinkle hound. He is Count Tinkula. He is semi host of the Halloween cd's and even warbles a tune for you if I remembered to put it on the cd. I made a few more cheesy covers Today and now aiting for that darn eagle to crap so I can get some last supplies, pack em up and put em in the post. There are about 15 of you bassards I hope to send packages to so it should be an experience!
