I didnt like the molesting ways of mr J,I didnt like all of his music,I didnt like the need for the media to over blow puting him in the spotlight over everthing he did,I didnt like him using beatles songs for money, but I did like jackson 5 music,I grew up on motown,as much as anything back then,I worked at a book shop called Cherokee Books at 6607 Hollywood blvd,he was a customer(1983)I did hang out with him,the girls screamed he walked in with a little boy another asisstant took away,he asked me if I had a girl friend I showed him a pic of her,he was very cool to me not all I'm a big star an your not, much like johnny rotton lydon was,so to me I hated what he did in life(personaly)but as a human being I was saddened,I think drugs did him in...I was interviewd on metro news metro news(Ch 11) here on an old news hype show back when farahh's poster was out at the original one stop records 6609 Hollywood Blvd, they asked why this is doing so well? I said look at the body lol and the big hair...RIP...we also lost the other Big Ed an heressssssssssssssssss Johnny

Re: jackson-fawcett farewell...
As questions surround the sudden death of Michael Jackson, many Beatles fans have been left with one specific concern: what will happen to the rights to “Yesterday”, “Let It Be”, and “Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"?
Earlier this year, Spinner, an AOL music website, reported that Jackson planned to leave Paul McCartney the long-contested rights to 200 songs of the Fab Four’s iconic repertoire, valued at about $500 million.
Jackson, who died on Thursday at age 50, bought the Beatles song catalog in 1985 for $47.5 million. This purchase severely damaged Jackson’s relationship with Paul McCartney, who was bidding, along with Yoko Ono, against Jackson for the song catalog.
"You know what doesn't feel very good, is going on tour and paying to sing all my songs. Every time I sing 'Hey Jude,' I've got to pay someone," McCartney said in 2006.
Before the feud, Jackson and McCartney had collaborated on hits such as “Say, Say, Say” and the “Girl is Mine” in the mid-80s.
According to Spinner, a Jackson insider recently told The Daily Mirror that Jackson felt badly about the bidding war that erupted between McCartney and Jackson.
"Michael told his lawyers he was sad he no longer talks to Sir Paul and said he wanted to make things right," the insider said.

Re: jackson-fawcett farewell...
Paul stated that he (The Beatles) was going to get the rights back eventually anyways under some contractual agreement with Sony or ATV.
