Phunee is award for comedee given by tongiro massile, on a veree irreguar bases, sometines weeklee sometimes not so much, but we call it "phunee of week" so as not to confuse Ratzee. I mean we couldn't calls it "phunnee of every 10-12 days" could we?
tongiro massile is ineligible to wins award becuse it would not be fair.
as of this day in hystery, PeeCee not win award, and we have beems awarding it for manee years.
